Arora Gatwick/Crawley is the ideal venue for meetings and events, offering 13 conference rooms with natural daylight or views overlooking the four-storey glass Atrium to accommodate from 2 to 270 delegates.
All superbly appointed meeting rooms are located in a self contained area on the ground floor adjacent to a dedicated Conference Reception and Business Centre. With a range of room sizes and configurations as well as dedicated and experienced support team, you can have the confidence that all the essentials are in place to make your event in Gatwick/Crawley a success.
Each meeting room is air-conditioned and equipped with mood lighting controls, black out screens and audio/visual equipment. Our smaller meeting rooms all offer data projectors and screens whilst our larger meeting facilities offer your event 50” plasma screens with DVD and Video. And what’s more, there is no extra charge for in-situ audio-visual equipment!
Overlooking the Atrium, our Boardroom is probably the most stylish and technologically advanced meeting room around Gatwick Airport. Luxurious leather chairs, walnut tabling and a stunning hand crafted walnut credenza create the perfect setting and ultimate levels of comfort. Dual plasma screens, video conferencing with auto camera tracking, DVD and CD with Dolby Digital surround sound are all included in the room hire to make your meeting the best possible.
Also on the ground floor next to the Business Centre, the Sussex Suite offers an alternative for your boardroom meeting for up to 15 delegates and has the added advantage of an inter-connecting syndicate room.
The Longley Suite comprises two separate, soundproofed rooms or becomes one large conference hall with the benefits of built in back projection units amongst a host of other presentation tools, including an organizer’s remote console and surround sound.
For your weddings and special events, the Longley Suite also offers a private reception and bar area, dance floor and access onto the Fountain Terrace. Other unique break-out options include a foyer area and the 4-storey Atrium. The hotel is also licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies in both the Palm Suite and Longley Suite and our dedicated team can assist you with these arrangements. For interviews, syndicates and small meeting for up to 10 delegates, Meeting rooms 1, 2, 3 and 7 are ideal, and for meetings & events up to 32 delegates Meeting rooms 4, 5, and 6 are the perfect size.
