The Grill Restaurant

High quality, and where possible, local or regional ingredients, we use only British beef breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, South Devon or Hereford for our steaks, while our fish is brought in from the best day boat catches along the Kent and Sussex coast. These are the stars on our menu - great cuts of meat and the freshest seafood, char-grilled to perfection to retain their natural juices, keeping them rich and succulent in flavour.

Complementing the grills on our menu, we offer a seasonally changing menu – taking full advantage of natures’ produce at the right time and presenting it in the best possible way without overcomplicating recipes.

Brewing Coffee Real - from a small family run artisan coffee roastery specialising in top quality single estate and single origin Arabica coffee - there is a stimulating choice of beverages available and for those wanting something stronger our Palm bar is conveniently to hand.

The Palm Deli boasts freshly baked Panini’s made with ciabatta bread and a selection of succulent fillings, various salads, sandwiches and a tempting selection of cakes.
